As a massage therapist and bodyworker, I practice a whole-body treatment based approach when helping clients reach their health and performance goals. I’m fortunate to have studied from both Eastern and Western philosophies as well as spent 3 months dissecting cadavers with medical students, which allows me to bring a unique blend of therapeutic strategies to help my clients.
I specialize in assessing and treating movement dysfunctions, mobility restrictions, fascial imbalances, and energetic blockages. With my background in weightlifting, yoga, and personal training, combining manual therapies to help clients feel and move with ease is my number one goal. I enjoy learning from each and every client of how their body responds to certain therapies and what patterns they fall into which lead to dysfunction. I strive to keep an open mind, listen to my clients, and provide high-quality professional treatments every time.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and managing stress through massage therapy, movement, breathing, and nature have changed my life and I’m excited to share those gifts with others. I believe practicing and studying in the field of massage therapy, movement, and healing will be a continuous lifelong endeavor full of reward and purpose. In my free time in scenic Bend, Oregon, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, backpacking, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I also recently began teaching at the Sage School of Massage in Bend, OR.
