I specialize in using a blend of massage therapy techniques to enhance an individual’s ability to move and function in daily life and recreation. I use a combination of Deep Tissue Sports Massage, Tuina (Chinese Massage), Structural Bodywork (Releasing and Re-Aligning Myofascia), Fascial Stretch Therapy, and CranioSacral techniques. I design a custom treatment plan for each individual so no one session looks the same.

I strive to meet each client where they are that day.
