I practice a whole-body treatment based approach when helping clients reach their health and performance goals. I’m fortunate to have studied from both Eastern and Western philosophies, which allows me to bring a unique blend of therapeutic strategies to help my clients. I specialize in assessing and treating movement dysfunctions, mobility restrictions, fascial imbalances, and energetic blockages. With my background in weight lifting, yoga, and functional movement, combining manual therapies to help clients feel and move with ease is my number one goal. I enjoy learning from each and every client how their body responds to certain therapies and what patterns they fall into which lead to dysfunction. I strive to keep an open mind and provide the highest quality of personalized massage and movement therapy services to the best of my abilities.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and managing all forms of stress through movement, massage, breathing, and nature have changed my life and I’m excited to share those gifts with others. I believe practicing and studying in the field of massage therapy, movement, and healing will be a continuous lifelong endeavor full of reward and purpose. In my, free time I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, backpacking, cooking, reading, and time with family and friends.
