Tyler Kragerud LMTI use a multi-faceted approach when helping clients reach their health and performance goals. I’m fortunate to have studied from both Eastern and Western philosophies, which allows me to bring a unique blend of therapeutic strategies to help my clients. I like to meet people where there are and help them get to where they want to be using effective hands-on techniques and personalized instruction. I specialize in assessing and treating movement dysfunctions, mobility restrictions, fascial imbalances, and energetic blockages. I enjoy learning from each and every client how their body responds to certain therapies and what patterns they fall into which lead to dysfunction. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and managing all forms of stress through movement, massage, breathing, and nature have changed my life and I’m excited to share with others around me. In my free time I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, cooking, reading, and sitting on the floor with family and friends.
