bodywork and massage therapyI specialize in using a blend of massage therapy techniques to enhance an individual’s ability to move and function in daily life and recreation. I use a combination of Deep Tissue Sports Massage, Tuina (Chinese Massage), Structural Bodywork (Releasing and Re-Aligning Myofascia), Fascial Stretch Therapy, and CranioSacral techniques. I design a custom treatment plan for each individual so no one session looks the same.

I strive to meet each client where they are that day. I provide a therapeutic, informative, and healing environment where both client and therapist are involved in learning more about their body and related patterns of dysfunction. I believe clear communication and trust is key to providing the best treatment possible. I specialize in finding imbalances and weak points in the body with assessments such as posture, natural movement, and strength testing, while still providing a therapeutic treatment. By uncovering patterns that are resulting in pain and dysfunction we can work together toward achieving balance and ease in your body.

I enjoy working with clients who use their bodies, are active, or are trying to get back into an activity but are experiencing tightness, pain, and need options for enhanced recovery. Many clients report a peaceful, present, informative, and integrative experience while working together.
